PETALING JAYA: Malaysia recorded 423 new Covid-19 cases on Tuesday (Dec 27), says the Health Ministry.
According to the ministry’s KKMNow portal, 421 of the new Covid-19 infections in the country were local transmissions, while there were 2 imported cases.
This brings the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 5,024,422 cases since the pandemic began.
A total of 6 deaths were recorded on Tuesday with 1 case of brought in dead, bringing the total to 36,841.
