A WOMAN in West Bengal was killed and her body dumped into the river by her jealous husband who suspected she was having an affair, Malaysia Nanban reported.
The victim, Renuka Khatun, from Siliguri in Darjeeling district, had been missing for sometime before her loved ones lodged a police report last month.
Police subsequently questioned her husband Mohd Anszarul who admitted he had become jealous after his wife started attending beautician classes and would talk to male customers.
On Christmas eve, he brought his wife to a quiet riverside about 10km from their house.
There, he killed her and chopped her up before throwing the body parts into the river.
