KFC Malaysia has just launched a new NFT collection featuring artwork depicting classic KFC moments. There are 11 NFTs in total – an obvious tribute to the branch’s 11 secret herbs and spices – that were made by three Malaysian artists.

The collection consists of four Together Editions artwork by Wilson Ng, four Moving Fried Chicken artwork by Book of Lai, and three Generations artwork by Arif Rafhan. Eight of the NFTs went up for bidding on OpenSea starting at 1 PM today and will end on 16 May, just before midnight.

The bidding for each artwork starts at 0.08 ETH (~RM834), roughly the equivalent of 39 Cheezilla Double Down combos. The remaining three, one from each series, will be up for grabs through an Instagram contest that will be posted on 12 May.

Of course, aside from owning a “finger-lickin’” moment, owners of KFC’s NFTs will also get a RM20 KFC voucher every month for an entire year through a promo code sent via their MetaMask wallet. As for the Instagram contest, users must leave a single comment on the contest post and tag one of the three artists with the hashtags #OriMomentKFC and #ItsFingerLickinGood.
