IPOH: A man died after the car he was in collided with a lorry carrying palm oil at Hutang Melintang in Bagan Datuk.
A Perak Fire and Rescue department spokesman said they received a distress call on the incident at around 9.30pm Sunday (June 13).
“The victim suffered a critical injury and we had to use special tools to retrieve his body.
“There were another four passenger in the car and all of them, as well as the driver of the lorry, were not injured,” he said.
The body has been handed over to the police for further action while the remaining victims were sent to the nearest hospital for medical check-ups.
